Sturgess Nissan Servicing

Took my car motorbility to them yesterday and they couldn't diagnose the faults so had the car all yesterday and today can't diagnose the car manager Ajay was unhelpful and rude attitude towards the customer I don't recommend that you take your car to these people also I have 20 miles off fuel in it and Ajay said that's not much fuel he wants a full tank so his mechanic can joy ride in it completely useless service I don't recommend it avoid it today after after sturgess aylestone road Leicester nissan had my car since Wednesday morning done nothing to it except driving it around today Friday afternoon told to come and collect it and they are not going to repair it even though it's under warranty so after booking it in and messing around driving it for two days done nothing about the tapping sounds from the engine so don't ever buy car from sturgess aylestone road Leicester nissan as there customer service and after service is totally rubbish these people need sacking especially Ajay service repairs manager so don't be fooled by these people I wanted to give minus Star but that's not a option

Spoke to reception who put me through to parts department, who never answered. Went online and spoke to a chat advisor instead
