Repaired two damaged electronic keyfobs for a 18 year old Vauxhall Zafira for 45 each. Another company I approached wanted 220 each to completely replace them!
I was happy with the service and the price and would recommend to others.

Got to me on the same day within 2 hours of calling, took about 20 minutes to do the job in total, that's cutting key and programming it!
Would not bother with anybody else if I lose another key.
The gent who I dealt with was very friendly and polite, great customer service!

I am a midwife in Leicester Royal Infirmary, but I am also a member of the travelling community, after a long night shift Wednesday night I came home, and unfortunately misplaced my keys of my vehicle, I live on a site (Golf Course Lane), wishful thinking hoping this company would come out, rang a couple of times, got an answer all well and good, agreed on suitable price of 120 (which I was more than happy to pay unfront), I sent postcode, and communication became hostile, I questioned if there was an issue, to which I got it comes up on Google as a halting site, which I replied yes, because it is, I have no issue to pay upfront, either cash or transfer, I can understand some peoples hesitation to come to a halting site, however as I explained, I have no problem to pay up front and the car is parked in my own bay, all relevant paper work for the car will be provided, log book, proof of ownership etc, I was told, it is staff policy we arent allowed deal with travellers, I felt sick to my stomach, alienated, discriminated, verbally attacked, because why? Because I am a traveller, because I come from a certain community I am not entitled to have my car fixed as someone living in a housing estate, or from a settled community, it has upset me so deeply that I havent left my home all evening, I just cant believe I work so hard, always try to give back, help others, to be treated this way by a company simply for being a traveller is dispicable and down right disingenuous, I cant believe in 2022 we are still dealing with this type of discrimination and it is accepted, it is beyond hurtful, I have made a social media post that has been shared far and wide as well as bringing it to the attention of a solicitor.
Please beware before you use this company, I wanted to share my experience so nobody else has to deal with what I have.
