Me my partner go here Lot and what can I say they are truly amazing lovely girls that work here very friendly and I will not go anywhere else sorry girls Ur stuck with us great value for money and also feel brand new when I come out

0 stars. I had an appointment booked well in advance, when i got there i was told they had double booked so they couldnt go ahead with my appointment. They had said they cant cancel the other customers appointment as they didnt have their contact details which i didnt understand? I was already there, 10minutes early but they were telling me to come back another time or day. The receptionist did offer to stay longer as she had said her shift was finishing soon, who would want to get a massage done feeling like the masseuse is doing a favour for me by staying longer even though i was the one paying? The whole point was to feel relaxed and not under pressure knowing the masseuse is probably rushing to get home. Ruined my day, will never go back. Poor management.
