My wife went to the baby massage classes and came home to show me what she learnt, worked wonders and was very beneficial for my lo. Brilliant classes !!

I would highly recommend a massage course with Zora! Zora is an excellent teacher with a warm and calming approach which allows the mums and babies to relax and enjoy the class. Zora ensured all the techniques of massage are learnt and clearly understood. Alongside learning the general massage techniques I found it useful to learn specific routines around colic, constipation and teething which really helped my daughter to relax and find relief from. I feel confident to continue using the techniques learnt and definitely see the benefits that it has brought to my daughter. The class is always flexible around your babies needs, if your baby is sleeping, feeding or unhappy there is no obligation to joining in and you can just watch and learn, as Zora always puts the wellbeing of your baby and yourself first. It has been great to meet other mums as well as being a great way to spend quality time and bond with my little one!

The baby massage course is brilliant and very clear. Zora is experienced and very patient. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The class was fun and interactive. I learnt so many different techniques for example the cheek massage for teething.. I definitely recommend it!
