Had a massage booked today at 7pm . I came on time and I only wanted 30mins . Got ready for the massage and the masseuse came in at 7:10 . Massage itself was great and relaxing . However my phone kept ringing (both phones was on silent) . Im a business owner and get a lot of calls all the time . I kept the phone on silent but this seemed to bother the masseuse and she got annoyed and told me to leave . Like what does it matter to her if my phone is ringing ? Plus it was on silent so I dont know what her issue was . The phone was vibrating thats all . Not a big deal at all to tell me to get up and leave . Note that the masseuse didnt finish the massage and ended it exactly 7.27pm . So I paid for 30 mins but didnt even get 20 mins . I certainly do not recommend . Also need to note that as soon as I said no to the extras , the masseuses attitude and effort into the massage also declined . Im only giving the two stars just bc the massage was good . But the hospitality was terrible and I was treated badly EDIT : if she was so bothered about a phone vibrating , she couldve just asked politely to switch it off and I would have done so . But she didnt even allow me to . Just straight up said get out you need to leave bc your phone is vibrating . Further Edit : how do I contact the owner ? They owner left a reply to contact again but I do not know where to contact
