IF THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS, GO FOR THEM!!! NOT REALLY WORTH... With no offence to the Sensei and their knowledge skill, having knowledge is 1 thing and being able to teach and pass on that knowledge in the right way is another. Had a worst experience with their training and Service. Please read their contract properly before signing. The classes are held in a very unorganized manner. They do not pay attention to each and every student. They do not focus on perfection ...but just go with their own pace even if the kids don't understand anything. They don't care if the kid doesn't know the stance or the basic moves...as if they are least bothered. The classes are super fast and no attention to details and perfection. Every kid keeps doing something else in their constant struggle to catch up with their Sensei. Well for me, I realised my son was struggling to cope up with their super fast teaching speed. So I informed the Sensei and called their head office for cancelling my contract. My son attended 1 or 2 classes after their so called free 2 weeks. They said they'll cancel my contract. But since I am new to the UK, I didn't know that I must cancel the auto debit from my bank as well. So i got debited for 2 months. When I asked for refund for the 2nd month debit, Ms. Jasmine informed me that there was no formal intimation and that 1 month notice must be given as per contract so my 2nd month's payment would be adjusted in that. Well professionally they might be right. But overall the communication from their side was not clear and the service is not good at all. For me these classes are definitely not value for money. If anyone wants to choose this Dojo, I would advise you to NOT sign the contract until you are satisfied with the speed and style of their classes. Otherwise you will become a victim of their contract like me.
