        My daughter has been attending self defence classes at Lions for the last year. She has come a long way and has grown her confidence and also learnt a variety of techniques and life skills which teach her discipline, respect and self defence. As parents we also get the opportunity to get involved in the classes. Chirag also does classes for younger children and Im looking forward to taking my 2 year old. I would definitely recommend Lions.
