        Sifu Derick smith this man is awsome the amount of knowledge he has is mind blowing cant rate this man or this school enough I cant wait till my next lesson I look forward to it every time very professional and friendly environment just absolutely brilliant awesome

        Very humble teacher and not in it for the money. Derek teaches traditionally but also to be very effective. A very big emphasis goes into training you to be fit and increase your stamina and endurance together with power speed and accuracy. I have been to a few other clubs where there was zero warm up and they cover too many techniques with little time to grasp anything they are all about the money. Will be returning to Derek very soon so he can help me develop my skills
