Absolutely appalling. Most definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Deceitful people and rude - have reported to trading standards.

Roof light turned up late, control boxes had been recalled, I wasn't informed of this just sent an empty box, waited months for the replacement, asked for an explanation but was ignored.

Probably one of the worst companies Iv had to deal with. Terrible sales staff, delivery arrives not according to agreed schedule, difficult payment structure and a non existent after sales. They also do not understand the products they are selling. There are cheaper and better products out there

We found the experience with roof maker terrible from as soon as we paid. Ordered three windows, two arrived without calling to let us know. No information about the missing one or a call to say it was missing. Took many calls and emails to find out they broke the third and will replace. After continuing to chase and struggling to get call backs, the sales manager said he would personally see it out. So finally get the third one and then find its missing the electrical equipment needed to both install and work. More chasing and finally get it working. Open the windows and the foam sealers and broken. They then sent people out to change after more chasing. The experience was poor and costly as we faced abortive charges and return visits. Window quality seems fine but the stress of sorting it out wasnt worth it. We have used others which are much easier to deal with and work with you on design. Roof makers fixed and opening windows require different roof treatments which is awkward to deal with and not highlighted at time of ordering. Would never use again.

Roof light turned up and mastic seal was broken after waiting 4 weeks for them to come and reseal no one turn up and when I emailed them to chase it up I got no reply for 2 weeks then asked to fill form and give proof of purchase. Re sealed myself will never be using them again
