        Five star througout. Very few small UK businesses remaining who are reasonably priced, manufacturer their own quality product. Expert fitters. A truly hassle free experience. I cannot fault this business. Very pleased with the result. Thank you.

        My previous review has been updated - the garage door curtain had developed two noticeable lines / scratches down the front for no apparent reason. Paul arranged for a new curtain to be installed to replace the faulty one and that deserves recognition of great customer service.

        Unfortunately, I traveled from Birmingham to Leicester where my new shop is based for a meeting with Paul, which had been pre arranged and confirmed, only for Paul to not show up. No apology, no call back to rearrange, clearly doesnt want my business.. Extremely disappointed.

        Great service from start to finish. Paul came out to quote and prices were very competitive. Ellie confirmed fitting dates and the fitters arrived at 8am in the morning and completed the job in a very professional and tidy way. Old door which was replaced with a new Roller Shutter door, all rubbish was taken away. We were shown how to operate the door I would recommend Prestige Security Solutions 100%
