Purchased an ARP Sentinel deep flow gutter system, which will not connect at the union between the lengths. The sales manager promptly came to site and agreed it was defective, but despite more than a week passing, ARP has failed to arrange to collect the product or to refund me. Worse, I have had to pay a roofer to fit the gutter, realise that it was defective and then have to pay him to remove it. Id strongly suggest you buy your requirements elsewhere.
