BINA Hair & Makeup Artist

During the process of discussing the contract, I was told the date was taken. The contract was sent yesterday and I was meant to sign without asking questions? Very unprofessional. I would not recommend. They want full payment in event of a cancellation which is unreasonable; a non refundable deposit is understandable. In your reply you simple apologise for getting the slot booked up. This is not my complaint. Please read thoroughly; it is about me making points about the contract and rather than a response the slot gets booked up. Extremely unprofessional! Service: Wedding hair & make-up

I booked Bina for an Indian Bridal Makeup trial after having a horrendous experience with another makeup artist. Bina immediately made me feel welcome and ensured that she listened to everything that I wanted and spent a lot of time perfecting my bridal look. She is friendly and can also do a full glam look which I really wanted. I immediately booked her for my Indian wedding next year and cannot wait for her to do my bridal makeup. While the ladies were lovely I felt quite underwhelmed with my look once I got back to the hotel and looked properly. The foundation was beautifully done, but the lip and eyes weren't as good as I first thought and I had to redo it myself, the same with my hair,I do feel that it wasn't very person centred and I they didn't have a lot to say to me and felt awkward at times.
