        Let down, had my first loan with them, all ok, paid it up, never missed a payment and actually paid extra , Decided have another one as was planning on going on holiday, loan went ahead, again no questions and I been paying it every week, never missed a payment, asked if possible for a small top up as wanted take kids somewhere due to holiday not going ahead. Agent said should be no problem, but lo and behold, I am now not allowed, I have bad credit and they searched my credit records apparently , thanks to my ex who got us into a huge amount of debt I now been turned down. Why was this not bought up when I first applied? I am really angry as like said if I could not afford a loan I would not have applied! also been paying extra instead of the amount supposed to pay. Not once have I missed a payment

        I have had no contact from this company since my agent left. Now I'm in arrears and they are threatening to tell the reference agencies. DON' GET DRAGGED IN..
