I've ordered 10 led lights for my hair salon, they've recieved my money and I still have nor recieved my goods. I have emailed with no reply. I have even rang the number which isn't even connecting . If you are reading this can you either send me the lights or just give me a refund.

First order, sent out wrong transformers for my dimmable LEDs (despite order being correct). They insisted on getting these back before they would send correct ones which meant three electrician visits rather than one and no kitchen lighting for a over week. The lights once fitted worked and looked good - but theres much better quality out there for not a great deal more cost. My electrician wasnt impressed. But I like the lights so took a chance and ordered more for the utility as I wanted a match. Different items sent than what was on the webpage and ordered - theyd changed the product dimension without updating webpage so it didnt match, and more importantly, didnt fit my space. They did find old stock of original ordered item and exchanged free of charge. Old style item received but VERY bad. Looked like Id been sent rejected stock. It was absolutely dreadful. Big black seals sticking out of the panels, everywhere, on all four. At same time I bought spot lights for porch area but electrician refused to fit stating they were not compliant with current fire regs. I returned them and order different ones. Waited months for these but they didnt turn up. Chased it and white not in stock but didnt bother to tell me manufacturer wasnt stocking them. Ordered silver as a replacement - all arrived quickly, look great and work fab. But one of the 6 is missing the clip that holds the bulb into the fitting. Tried to phone company to get a clip but all I get is a dead phoneline. It doesnt surprise me that this company may have gone out of business. Terrible products and dreadful customer focus. They dont deserve our business. I know covid has affected all businesses and I feel for those, but this isnt a covid related performance issue, this is just cheap shoddy products sold without thought or care of customer needs or expectations.

Absolutely terrible, bought some GU50 LED lights at the beginning of November and they're all faulty and not working by the start of December. Id buy some bulbs from a proper manufacturer.

Really bad company. Def one to avoid. Sent a 300 heater back to them for repair at their request in January 2020 (went wrong in 4 weeks after I received it) and I'm still trying to get it sorted out now (Aug 2020). They just broke off all contact with me and won't reply to my emails. I will never use these people again. They are suppliers for Surya Heating. I ordered from Surya but I got from Mirrorstone. I first tried to get Surya to sort it out but they never answered either. Maybe they're all the same people.
