Exceptional service and advice given by Rizwan. The showroom has a decent selection of lights displayed however their catalogue selection is better than any of the other showrooms I have visited with prices ranging from mid to high end. We opted for high end lighting and were not disappointed - delivery was within a week and arrived with no damage to hardware or crystals (unlike few lights we have ordered from well reputable companies) they did promise that if there were any issues they would fix / re order.

Went after a recommendation but really disappointed! It was 1.30 pm and according to the website they should be open but when we arrived there, the door was locked and a gentleman was sitting at the back of shop. When he saw us, he came to the door and put a sign up saying that they were closed and to return back in 30 minutes. We waited around for 20 minutes but then gave up and the gentleman could see that we were waiting Terrible service. If a business is to close for lunch, it should be stated clearly on their website. Will not be returning again!
