I recently purchased the DIY Probate Pack from Phil Weston which was very well laid out and easy to understand. Knowing the estate was a little more complex and for peace of mind, I decided to use Phils services. I found Phil and his company to be very helpful, efficient and reliable. Any questions I had they were happy to help me with and were quick to respond. Decided to use my solicitor to do all the paperwork its so much easier and reduces my risk of getting something wrong. I did ask about the assisted solution but you were not interested as there was no will.

May I thank you most sincerely for the help in applying for Probate for a dear friend who asked me to act as Executor. I was not related and decided to use the Assisted DIY option following a personal health problem which occurred whilst I was researching the Probate process. Following an initial phone consultation I realised I would have to deal with inheritance taxation prior to probate application. Opting for the assisted DIY route meant all the correct forms and paperwork supplied by Berkeley Weston were completed and ready for the application process.
