Someone in the Zenco chain of command put my wrong address in my dads application for POA . Even though all the corresponding information was sent to me ? Then they want more money because they said the mistake was made by us ? My dad is suffering from The early onset of dementia and they have taken advantage of this to get 400 out of him for a service that should have been free for him as he claims housing allowance. This was never asked during the process. Avoid they are nothing but conmen.

I've considered arranging a Power of Attorney for quite a few years and spoken to different law firms who loaded me with jargon and left me confused. Recently, I searched again and came across Zenco.
