        Claim to have a family law clinic on Wednesdays but shamefully it felt like they were preying on someone in a vulnerable position. Its more like a sales pitch with no actual useful advice. Kept pushing to open an account and said the proceeds from the house being sold would go to solicitors costs - we never mentioned selling the house! Didnt feel listened to at all and I didnt want to continue the conversation. Money hungry

        Avoid at all costs! The most incompetent people me and my husband have had to deal with. Very painful drawn out and lengthy process of purchasing our house due to this firm! Have had to thoroughly chase for updates and replies to emails, sometimes even sending 5 emails to get a response! Highly unprofessional, the solicitor we were dealing with sent us a completion statement for someone elses property!! Massive GDPR breach. Very incompetent as stated, we are still unsure whether our details and completion statement ended up with another.. at one point we thought we would lose out on the property due to the sellers frustration with how long the solicitors were taking to provide basic things like updates and checklists. My brother in law also used this firm and unfortunately lost out on the house because of how unprofessional and unresponsive the solicitors are.. the seller eventually dropped out because of how long it was taking! The solicitors then followed up around 5 months after the property had fallen through and stated it was a general call as there had been no action on the property recently!!! Bloody joke.. do not bother with this firm ! So many more examples of how unprofessional they are.. massive waste of time! They havent a clue what they are doing.
