We were First Time Buyers who opted to use a free solicitor option from the bank for the sale. The firm we originally used took a long time to acknowledge emails or calls and the seller was about to pull out of the sale due to the delays. We needed to get a new firm out of our own pockets who could take on the work and help recover the situation. We chose RW Hemmings and have no regents, they've been fantastic! As a first time buyer, I had been warned by friends and colleagues that I should expect very poor communication with solicitors. Nothing further from the truth regarding RW Hemmings! Nishil and Suraj did an amazing job in progressing the purchase and keeping me updated. They were always super quick in replying to e-mails and very helpful in addressing my queries, and the price was very competitive as well. Highly recommended!

I have used RW Hemmings and Co recently This was our first house purchase so I was completely unfamiliar with the process and how the solicitors, agents and banks communicate. Thankfully, Nishil was very patient and helpful. They are very efficient, responsive, proactive and for the level of service, great value. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
