However, once the order is in, prepare for an abysmal experience with an unprofessional and unresponsive team. Expect your emails and calls to be ignored and all necessary communication to be neglected. Despite being the paying customer, you will find yourself having to chase after them for information, feedback, and follow-ups. Don't be fooled by the company rebranding, the same incompetent staff is still present. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. I deeply regret choosing to do business with them and strongly advise against it.
