Never use this company they are unprofessional, staff are very rude disrespectful,condescending person by name of Kaajah They are so disorganised, give an eg they take payment upfront let me say "NEVER DO THIS" ask you to send products and list of ingredients that make up formulation, you send this ,they dont acknowledge, you then call to find out if they received that's when they ask when email was sent and I mean this is not just a one off its constant. So this company took full payment of over 5,000 mess me about for over a year the final straw was when I call and this Kaajah was trying to tell me they send me email and I did not respond which was a LIE please be reminded this is the company who dont respond to email, oh let me say they will be all responsive regarding paying them monies after this its all downhill, so final straw was regarding email they claim I did not respond to I said I did not received this email I said I did not received Kaajah then went into what I would call a mantra repeatedly saying "email was sent email was sent" over and over she then said I if you raised "your voice I will hang up" I could not believe what I was hearing I told her to hang up as I was not shouting and it was her that was condensing she hang up, I called back to ask if hang up to my surprised she said I was the one who hang up. I asked for a refund of my 5,000 they have been messing me about now for over 10 days still have not received my refund. AVOID this company at all cost UNPROFESSIONAL.
