Terrible service. Asked them to look at earrings for baby; I was probably one of the first customers, but before I entered there was a couple others the man at the counter was assisting. When he was done; I asked for him to help me - to which he responded with can you wait 10-15 minutes because he was trying to put more pieces out. He saw my little baby was fussing and I was obviously trying to check them out quick. My suggestion would be; next time either: 1. Dont open the store if youre not ready to show customer jewelry 2. If youre occupied, instead of responding with can you wait 15 mins; ask one of your associates to help me instead of putting them to work as well when there is no one else in the store 3. ALSO youre putting up jewelry so that people can buy it, you have a customer right in front of your face and it would have taken you 2 seconds to show me the baby earrings that were already clearly visible - isnt the customer your priority and the business? Anyways; I went to Vishal Jewellers and Sunny Jewellers next and both were AMAZING and got my business instead.

From start to finish he customised a very difficult item for me, even though he told me it was going to be a difficult job to do. The results are stunning, I cannot recommend mitesh more. Excellent service. excellent execution of quality jewellery

Such a bad shop they have sold a bracelet and all the stones fell out so dinted and so very bad people wouldnt have courtesy to swap or exchange as i went back after a day as item was such poor quality gold. Would not recommend. Will be reporting them to trading standards.
