4 Seasons cleaning services

We used four seasons for several years. Generally the standard of clean was ok and they were fairly punctual. The cleaners themselves didnt speak very much English, but were reasonably polite most of the time. As with many cleaners they would often leave a lingering smell of cigarettes in the home due to it being on their clothes. I did have to ask them to stop smoking on our driveway as the smell upon entering the house was awful. We had a few breakages here and there, which you would expect with any cleaning company. However we had more significant damage done to kitchen cabinets which was rectified by Four Seasons and a mysteriously damaged sink which was not. Its worth noting that the cleaners are dropped off by car and later collected at a pre determined time. For this reason Id often notice that the cleaners would be stood around doing nothing (sometimes in excess of 30 minutes) - presumably killing time waiting for their pickup. Would be better if cleaners were simply collected when they were finished and customers were only charged for time spent actually cleaning.

I was recommended Kiki and her team through a mutual friend who said I wouldnt be disappointed. After 6 weeks of kids being home the house needed a proper once over and Kikis team was perfect for the job. The 2 lovey ladies she sent done exactly what I wanted. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for weekly/fortnightly or even a one off clean.
