        Order shutters after two measurement visits, waited over the estimated timeline given and wrong ones were installed! Company apologised but still expect me to wait for new ones to be built and reinstalled, my inconvenience is 5% reduction on price! If I dont agree they will take the shutter (which is fair) but my waisted time not taken into account, how is this fair?
