Hastings do not represent their customers properly when a claim is made against them. None of my evidence was taken into account but the third party's bogus claims were taken with barely any questioning. Why do customers get further penalised by the claim amount for the third party's repairs taking so long? Why is none of the evidence taken into account? I asked these questions in an email to customer services MONTHS ago and still waiting on a reply. Except nobody was ever planning to reply to my complaint as confirmed by another rep on the phone today. The customer services "resolved" my complaint on the system without a singe word if reply. The lack of care for customers is disgusting and I'll never be a customer again.

Absolute shambles of a company had an insurance policy with a telematics device fitted the device the day it came in the post and now I have just had a phone call today saying that they are cancelling my insurance due to the device not being fitted (which it is fitted) but not reading, customer service is absolutely shocking wouldnt recommend to anyone, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Staff are rude, lie and mis lead when advised of regulation breach they interrupt and ignore your points and have a chuckle with colleagues in the background. They advertise one thing online and do completely different

The most awful insurance company I have ever used on the last 25 years! Cancelled my policy because they could not collect the driving data. I set up the App every time I log into it shows as live, but some how they are not getting the data. The Customer service is utterly and completely useless, the only thing they did was check with there IT team, and they recommended to me that I should log into the APP every time I drive . What a ridiculous and unsafe advice. DO NOT USE THEM.By the way check there google reviews they are even worse!
