Doorstep Desserts (St Matthews)

I recently visited this Doorstep branch and I had the best American pancakes ever! You also have the option to DIY any dessert you want! Highly recommended :)

I would have expected better but I guess I was wrong, Ordered, 1 Milkshake, Cookie dough and an Oreo Cake. Instead, they deliver 2 milkshakes and the cake, which would have cost me 1 more. They also came way later than expected. So, ended up having the wrong order, paying extra and waiting a long time for the order to come. I wouldn't recommend this. Edit: I had discussed with them and had gotten a replacement for the milkshakes as the ones I was originally given was horrendous, at least they were cooperative.

Worst place I have ever visited. The man whom I guessed was the owner was incredibly rude and had the poorest of customer service. I own a food place and I wouldn't dream of speaking to my customers this way. All I said was the mocktail is something I and my friend just can't drink. It's too syrupy, can I swap it for a tango ice blast please. He was incredibly rude for no reason and said it's not his problem I didn't enjoy it. Noone has ever complained..I'm a huge fan of mocktails and that was by far the worst one I've ever had. Anyway he refused to refund me and was so rude, I hurried out in disgust and will not be returning ever. They need staff with better customer service skills. Food came so late. I didn't complain
