I kinda like deserts from cloud 9 , but today as I call cloud 9 even 30 mins prior to closing time to order mango mania shake , they were not picking up the phone at all. I understand that it might be difficult due to the closing time , cleaning and such stuff but at least they can answer that now were closed or about to close , cant accept the order and so, as it was before 30 mins to closing time of cloud 9 and I was nearby , so I reached , I ordered mango mania , and meanwhile I just call cloud 9 secretly to see what makes them not picking up my call , and when I did , the person was making my desert and phone was ringing on and on. He was just ignoring my call like a junk mail. It was not a good professionalism.
