Worst crepe ever! - had to wait 45 minutes last week and when received, the ice cream had melted and cream all soft. It was also cold, will not be revisiting.

Nice waffles - only problem is some stuff wasn't in stock, so had to go for an alternative.

Been here a few times, large choice of options but previously Creams used to have even more sundae options and you could even create your own sundae in the past, which is now no longer offered. Cookie dough is a decent portion but clearly cooked in the microwave rather than in the oven which would give it a better texture. Frequently dont have one of the cookie dough options available (E.g. no milk chocolate cookie dough today) Denied any tap water when we asked for it, which is just bizarre! Have been to other Creams elsewhere which have tap water out for everyone to help themselves to.
