DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CORRUPT HOUSING ASSOCATION,!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE TENNANTS JUST MONEY!!! Don't do the repairs properly, POOR WORKMANSHIP, they put people's life's at danger, we have 6 health alerts hazzards on this house we rent from them and ongoing rat infestion but yet are still made to live here with my children?. When I asked ramish to help my family he said there was nothing he could do as we live next to a river!! This house is now classed as unhabitable after all the years I've been asking for help and just been ignored Legal action has started Enough is enough now This company needs investigating !!!

Worst housing ive EVER been involved with. All these people care for is themselfs and there pockets. Left my family with a rat infested home more than once and all they ever do is bring round cow boy tradesmen that has resulted to my child being harmed as job wasnt done correct. Enough is enough now 3 years of hell.

First thing first I applied for housing with them and also they sent me a letter if I still wanted to be on a waiting list I sent the document back to them and I also went down to their office to give the document to them and this prat open the door and I told him to give it to the reception and I don't kw what that prat done they wrote to me and said they are cancelling my application and any documents which need to be collected within next 7 days I think this association needs to be shut down as it is a waste of time with them I think they are waste of place.

well they are my landlords so can't say any thing bad about them.. but truth is very helpful.. from management to receptionist..
