        Myself and my Husband got the keys to our forever home today. Lovely, lovely flat . I want to give a special mention to Michael/Selena/Andrea. Everything was explained in great detail. All 3 went above and beyond. What a FANTASTIC place to rent from.

        From January is broken my boiler i have kids i can not use gas and hot water !! Is shut be broke some law ,becauese this company dont have interest fix problem ! Today in april coming specialist and said rhey put new boiler also have put new heater!!! My kids have sleep in ex partner i have sleep in the Manchester the my brother!!

        despite letters from my consultant, the surveyor knows better.. regarding mould and how it affects my health.. (severe copd) Wates are a joke of a company.. barely do the minimum.. just painted over the mould and wonder why it comes back... contractor signed off couple weeks ago .. had to recall.. surely if he signed to say the work was done friday, why come back monday ... signed again he done the work.. official complaint has gone in now...
