        They never take any problems or issues seriously! They do not care about the welfare of the residents of their housing despite the fact it is part of their job and responsibility to help! Pathetic beyond belief.

        Honestly worst housing association going. They never help. They make you stay in their properties because it benefits them even if we suffer. Never getting a property from them again. Left me and children with nothing and left us in poor states. Left us in a property thats getting damaged and threatening behaviour atleast once a week. I have a 2 kids under 2 thats lives are at risk and stone water couldnt care less.

        Avoid at all cost left us with no toilets for 7 days and now this has caused a major leak! Manager has no been in contact when told they will absolutely appalling never have I ever experienced this horrendous customer service!
