        Nice modern Premier inn. Know what you are getting. Unfortunately your room is not tidied on a daily basis unless requested. The carpet in my room obviously had not been vacuumed recently and was full of crumbs. So even at change overs things are not as they should be. I can understand that Premier inns need a return on investment but cutting corners on customer care should not be ignored. Rooms: Rooms are not serviced unless requested. Carpets needed vacuumed and had not been attended to recently
