This chain undersells it's restaurant, it's always been driven by French standards and the house keeping is Excellent both in the rooms and the front of house.... The conference rooms are aggressive in their pricing and clearly the management have good manners, level temper and passion for the job if hotelier. They have made a good effort to update their rooms to match the Northampton site and TBF they got surprising close. The reception is nice and the restaurant feels modern and relaxed. A nice place to dine and a nice place to eat breakfast. I would imagine a hotel in this Leicester location and with this level of saturated competition would be feeling the effects of covid particularly harshly and for the price you could do far worse for twice the 40 I paid for room only. This is by far the best 3 star hotel inLeicester... And yes I know it is only rated 2 !!!!!
