        An ungracious organization. I donated them a car (an older Mercedes but fully functional) in January 2020. They've never contacted me to say thank you. I hope I will never be homeless and have to beg for their help.

        Action homeless should be called homeless not action homeless as they don't do much to help people the place is dirty as well ants where the food get survived up

        I been on the phone and no-one answering the phone.. 22nd times I call and no-one answer it. There's number of staff who are helpful, certainly staff aren't.. today I give one star
