Kaz Can

It was my first time having a hot stone massage so really wasn't sure what to expect or what the benefits might be but had been suffering quite a bit of stress so thought if nothing else it would relax me for a while. From the initial phone call I was talked through the process , what would happen and exactly how my appointment would go which put me at ease straight away. The massage room is very relaxing and calming and the instructions from Kaz herself were very clear and I felt very comfortable and able to ask any questions . The massage itself did far more then expected and my back and lower legs felt much better for days afterwards . I'll certainly be visiting again. Can't recommend highly enough
