I bought 2 Smart panels last year just before winter and we bought direct from Kiasa. We had loads of questions before we bought the panels and we got so much help and guidance from the people at Kiasa (shout out to Hetal). Since having the panels weve been given support and help in understanding how they work too. The panels themselves are brilliant. They work so well and I love the way the heat feels and how it makes the room feel. Everything you read in the articles and blogs about how good the room feels is true. We are going to upgrade the whole house to have smart panels and be able to control everything through the Tuya smart app. Thanks Kiasa.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. Support with best size heaters and positioning based on the rooms. Fast delivery. Have now installed multiple infrared smart panel heaters with more due to be installed this week across a 3bedded home. Fantastic!!
