Prep Perfect

I've never tried a meal prep company before. So after doing a bit of research, I thought I'd give Prep Perfect a go. To say I was impressed is an understatement. So much so, I've just finished tucking into my second order with them. The Cottage Pie is to die for!

It's been a few weeks since I started using Prep Perfect's weight loss meal plan and I could not be happier. They are always fresh, low in calories and taste delicious. The scales are finally going in the right direction. There are lots of great options to choose from and that's with me being quite a picky eater! I would recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant Meal Prep Service! I've wanted to try a meal prep service for a while for the convenience and for healthy eating but wasn't sure how good it would be for me as I'm vegetarian. However, Prep Perfect have lots of nice veggie options and I enjoyed everything they sent me! The food was tasty, the service was first class, and it really did make life so much easier as I didn't have to think what to cook! Will definitely be ordering again and would recommend.

Ive had vegetarian meal preps before and they are so hit and miss - you spend a fortune and Chuck half of it away, so I was apprehensive about buying too much in case I didnt like it. All I can say it this is the best meal prep Ive ever had and I am obsessed! The only downside is how hard it is to stick to one box and not eat more. The white choc pancakes and veggie breakfast are just incredible. My favourite dish has to be the garlic butter halloumi! Now I know how amazing it is, i wouldnt mind doing the 28 day plans! My one ask would be that more vegetarian options are added into the 28 day plan so its not 14 of the same meal etc. If anyone is thinking of trying this its definitely worth it! The food comes all pre packaged and it shows you how much protein etc is in it and how many calories each box is so you can plan your daily calories. I honestly have only had a handful of my boxes and I havent been let down by one yet and I know the rest will be just as good.
