        Since opening myself and my partner have eaten at Itsu and ordered on Deliveroo many times and loved it. However, the last 3 times the quality has been terrible. The cut of the salmon and the taste has been questionable. It no longer tastes fresh and smells like old fish and nori stale . The California rolls have been rolled loosely and the avocado used hasnt been ripe. Unsure if management has recently changed or taken on new staff who dont care, but quality control really needs to be better. Disappointing to see what used to be a favourite turn into a place we wont be eating from again.

        Often pop in here. Bad addiction to their mango mochi!!!! Lovely polite and helpful staff. Ideal if you have a limited amount of time and need quick food Sorry but I have to update this. I'm not sure but it looks as though the ownership/management of this particular itsu has changed. What a shame. The food was too spicy and not as delicious as before. Staff couldn't crack a smile. Unpleasant
