The Boots that remains open is the exact opposite. On the the two occasions we have needed to phone the pharmacy the person answering the phone had no politeness whatsoever! When my husband collected his prescription the wait was extreme despite having had rung and having received a text to say it was ready
Also when I rang to enquire about the flu jab I was abruptly told we arent taking any more bookings
We look forward to seeing a vast improvement in the way they speak to customers both in store and over the phone
Answering the phone with yes is not acceptable
