had booked an appointment over the phone and explained i wanted to get rid of a lot of length. I was told a price after asking and was booked in with Phil. Sadly, upon arriving and explaining i wanted to go shorter and have long layers, i was told the price would increase, despite having explained the exact same thing on the phone and agreeing to a price. I also wanted reassurance that the length i asked for would be the length i have when my hair is dry, not wet, to which Phil rudely replied ive been a hairdresser for 13 years i know what im doing. He then commented that any previous hairdressers ive been to must be crap instead of providing reassurance and comfort when i was clearly worried. Ironically, he cut my hair shorter than i asked for and gave me incredibly short choppy layers that dont blend into my hair when I specifically asked for long layers. He disguised this by curling my hair so I wouldnt be able to tell until i washed my hair at home. Really disappointed with the attitude and service i received here, will not be going back.
