Barrie Stephen

This is the first time I have been to Barry Stephens and it will certainly not be the last. Thank you to Alice who listened to what colour I wanted and what I didnt. My new colour is amazing. Thank you to Barry himself who had a job on his hands making a 60 year old woman feel 21 again. Barry you were so attentive to what I needed. Spending so much time cutting my hair until you knew it was perfect. I came out of the salon feeling fabulous. 21 again!! Even down to the umbrella I was given as it was raining. Will I be returning? The salon is lovely, very nice and modern and its a great environment. The treatment for my hair was great, and the styling was very nice however the cut is awful, to the point where I dont like wearing my hair down anymore. I was given layers, or well just the one layer that is 4/5 inches shorter then the longest part of my hair. It looks like I have very bad and obvious extensions & the face framing pieces are actually longer than the hair at the back of my head on the shorter layer. Its really upsetting & sad to say but I just would not trust them again to go near my hair after how its been left. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Curly hair, Keratin treatments, Blowdry
