        This another of the free-to-use-by-anyone outdoor gyms which have been installed by Leicester City Council in several of their parks over the last few years in an effort to get their Citizens to improve their health. Regrettably whenever I go past them it's fairly normal to see them lying unused and no-one making use of the opportunities available which must be dispiriting to Leicester City Council after they have made the effort. Horses to water springs to mind. No wonder obesity is increasingly becoming the new normal these days!
