What a great gym! They have an impressive range of (new) equipment which is logically arranged in zones to make split days easy to navigate, good spacing between everything and everything is clean and well maintained- there seems to be cleaning and vacuuming going on whenever I look around. A cardio zone on the mezzanine floor with 2 stairmasters, plenty of treadmills, cross trainers etc, a glute-focused area, studio room with mirrors, a functional training area and sparring area. Even free lockers and an area to relax. They seem to be adding equipment regularly too. Owner, Anisha, is an amazing woman with an obvious passion for fitness and her members. The huge welcome vibe is a big deal for me. No cliquey pretentiousness, just super-friendly staff and trainers who really encourage you. I'm very excited to be training here. Update: Possibly the best gym in the Midlands - The vibe and atmosphere cannot be beaten. Any opportunity to train there and I'm off!! Highly recommended for gym newbies (you get such a warm welcome that it's impossible to be overwhelmed) and serious bodybuilders will love the A-mazing equipment. Quality everything. Everyone is welcomed, appreciated and supported. Great work guys!
