        I ordered a cart on September 17 and followed up on production a few weeks later. Jak assured me that they were finishing production that week and it would ship out and be to me the following week. When that did not happen, I followed up again. I also left a review on Etsy as the stated delivery time had passed. Jak, then canceled my order and refused to send it. A whole month of lead time down the drain. I couldve ordered from someone else! Jak, is rude and also lies and states we shipped your order but since you are complaining, I am canceling it and having the courier bring it back to us. This is a complete lie, he hasnt shipped the order which is why it is so easy for him to cancel! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Jak will string you along, waste your time and still not deliver the product. I also believe there are so few poor reviews on Etsy because if you escalate the problem and open a case, they consider the order void and your review is removed. There are several people with the same issue I have and Im sure there a lot more who have had there reviews removed due to open cases.
