Sara is extremely unprofessional and definitely needs a warning from her superiors. I have filed an official complaint against her. She thinks it's okay to make other colleagues laugh at the expense of us. Someone inside literally told me she's an "interesting lady" before my very first interview with her. Little did I know what they meant. I can't comment here what she told me face to face because I know she will identify me and possibly make my live a living hell. Yes, she is that type of person. But my complaint did go through and I will see to the end of it. UPDATE: It seems like quite a lot of people have had similar experiences judging from the comment likes. I highly recommend filing a complaint if she's dealt with you rudely. Make it known and refuse to see her when rebooking appointments. I understand all of your frustrations but we need to make them known to DWP as well. If enough people take action, then only can we expect to see consequences. No one deservers to be in a position of power like her. We all deserve basic respect and she makes us feel like we're coming to beg. Majority of us wouldn't even want to stay a day longer if circumstances change. Thankfully there's many good people in there as well that try their best to make your experience as easy as possible but people like her put you off completely.
