I ordered online on 21 November. After not receiving any further communication from them, I emailed on 12 December to find out where my package was, and asked for a refund if it hadn't been dispatched yet as it is now too late to send the items onto the person I bought them for. On 13 December I received a dispatch notification, and Nest got back to me to say it had been shipped in November. I reiterated that it is too late and I'd like a refund. They ignored my request and it arrived this morning postdated 13 December. My money and time has been wasted as I've had to send something else. They lied about the dispatch date and ignored my correspondence. I will not use them again and certainly do not recommend.

I love this shop and should have reviewed it before - really friendly staff and a lovely range of scarves, bags, jewellery and other items. Lots of choice for different budgets.
