Had a horrid experience in the Leicester store. Returned a faulty product with the 30 day limit and asked for a refund. Fault was intermittent and because the staff in store couldnt get the fault to occur after 2 mins of testing they refused to refund. I had to sit on the counter to eventually leave with a store credit which really is useless to me. Avoid this company. The after care is not very good.
