        I ordered a Hoodie from Filigree Heart and then decided I wanted another in a different colour. Later I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed Shona about this, she immediately offered to change both orders. Customer Service at Filigree Heart is brilliant, this is something that you do not always receive at big stores. Shona and Coco make you feel welcome and valued as a customer.

        Really beautiful products, Ive brought numerous gifts for people, which have all been received well. Most recently, I wanted a personalised baby hamper, which Shona, was able to make up to my specifications and it looked beautiful.
