The rudest, self absorbed, ignorant receptionists youll ever come across. Doctors are under enough pressure as it is and some of the receptionists here dont make it any better for them or the patients that attempt to seek help. You go to the doctors to see your GP, not to have to deal with entitled receptionists.

Popped in today as I needed more urgent care and they could fit me in quicker than my normal surgery. Never been here before but receptionist was friendly and welcoming, appointment was on time. GP was efficient, professional, thorough and explained the whole procedure. No complaints from me.

Impossible to get an appointment here. You have to phone on the day, phones are always busy, and if by some miracle you do get through, you are invariably informed that all appointments are taken no matter how early you call. The doctors are taking government funding, but not providing a reasonable service. It's appalling. You may as well not be registered at the practice since you always have to go to a distant hub to actually see a doctor.

Dreadful receptionist who is personally undoing all the good work that health professionals are doing in the NHS. Dismissive, obstructive, ill-informed, and perfectly unsuited to interacting with patients. There are plenty of people out there far more suited and better equipped to do this sort of admin job. Remember, there is a duty of care, which surely should apply to all public sector workers. All people should be treated with respect and dignity. In this case it would seem appropriate that the receptionist should go on a 'retraining' course, which would allow them to grasp and understand professional communication skills, and how to become part of a better health solution and not simply be a part of the problem.

Just been to Springfield Health Centre . What a wonderful service . Receptionists were very polite . Saw Dr Patel and a lovely Trainee doctor ( sorry forgot your name ) . Both really professional and caring . Thank you for putting me at ease . And arranging everything so quickly.
