Couldnt fault the drs or nurses, theyre always helpful and answer any questions I have. Recently I have been unable to call as when I do call any option I click I am greeted with a dead tone and the phone disconnects. It took me over 30 minutes to not be met with a dialling tone. Im currently trying to get through to the receptionist now, I have been number 1 in the queue for 20 minutes and there is still no answer. They answered as soo as I pressed submit theyre very lovely staff, couldnt fault them in anyway but ringing up to book the appointment cant be a a little tiring.

Terrible GP. Everyone's unprofessional especially Suki the practice manager. Disgusting attitude. Nhs England needs to sort them out. Please report them.

This surgery is appalling the receptionist suki thinks shes a doctor. You cannot get an appointment if you ring a minute before appointment time, you have to join the queue again and so there are no appointments left. They left my family member in medical difficulties due to misdiagnosis and would not take responsibility for their actions and because of this Im not allowed to accompany my partner to appointments

Receptionist is just awful.Telling people information that is not adequate for the age group . Making her own opinion on were to get a referral or no. This made my family member suffer in pain for a week when receptionist just offered home remedies when for sure there were in need to see a gp. And to get that sort out u need to spend 30min arguing with her.
